What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by emailing @returns@shika.se. You are required to return the products to us in their original condition and packaging. If your purchase was below 400 SEK, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the purchase price and subtract shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

How do I check the status of my order?

I accidentally put in incorrect details in my order, can you fix it?

We will do our best to update any incorrect order details, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. We cannot be held liable for being unable to, as it is the customer's responsibility to double-check any order details before submitting the order. However, should you need any help with this, please contact us immediately. We process orders as soon as we can, and once the orders leave our hands, we are unable to make any changes.
