Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Shika, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it has been damaged due to misuse.
Faulty Product

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund under the same terms as items purchased at regular price.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a return and request a refund, please email us with your order number at returns@shika.se. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
For purchases exceeding 400 SEK, return shipping costs will be covered by us. However, orders below this amount will result in a non-refundable shipping fee for returns. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the deducted shipping fee will be automatically subtracted from your refund when returning a product.
